I'm driven by a desire to help people learn, grow, and feel prepared to excel in their field. I believe success is grounded in effective training. I create thoughtfully designed learning solutions with the learner's improvement and success at the core of what I do. 

As a former educator I understand how important it is for learners to buy-in to the learning experience and to create experiences based on strong analysis and evaluation. My ten+ years providing and designing trainings have given me a passion for instructing, technology, and design.

In my free time I enjoy traveling, baking, working out, and reading.  I also enjoy learning new things and having experiences that help shape the way I approach designing learning solutions.
